McDougle Technical Institute’s Junior College Announces 2022 Football Schedule

Home Opener on September 17th, 2022

(Pompano Beach, FL) McDougle Technical Institute’s Junior College Football
program announced their 2022 season schedule. The MTI Bison home games will
be played in Pompano Beach at Ely High School Football Field.

• Saturday, September 17 vs. Florida Community Christian at 1 pm in Pompano Beach
• Saturday, September 24 vs. Butler Community College at 1 pm in El Dorado, KS
• Saturday, October 1 vs. Louisiana Community College at 1 pm in Pompano Beach
• Saturday, October 8 vs. Florida Community Christian at 1 pm in Lakeland, FL
• Saturday, October 15 vs. Atlantis University in Hialeah
• Saturday, October 22 vs. Highland Community College at 1 pm in Nashville, TN
• Saturday, October 29 vs. Jacksonville Athletic Academy at 1 pm in Jacksonville, FL
• Saturday, November 5 vs. Union Community College at 1 pm in Pompano Beach
• Saturday, November 12 vs. ASA Miami at 1 pm in Miramar

MTI Juco is led by their Head Coach Norm Richards. This is Richards second season
as head coach for the JUCO program. “There are so many things I’m looking forward
to this season. I want athletes who have impeccable work ethic and who are
not afraid to compete. We are looking for athletes who demonstrate great hustle and
who are willing to put the team first. They must have mental resilience, speed,
strength and power. We want the student-athletes who are also looking forward to
earning their associate degree while enrolled at MTI College,” said MTI Juco Head
Coach Norm Richards. MTI Junior College players will report August 13 th with the
first game in September.
 
NFL Legend and South Florida native Stockar McDougle and his wife Octavia
McDougle added the Junior College to their program offerings at MTI in 2021.  The
Bison kicked off their inaugural season in 2021 and played eight of their 10 games
away against teams from across the country.
