McDougle Technical Institute Celebrating Black History Month with Free Services

(Gainesville, FL) McDougle Technical Institute is celebrating Black History Month by
giving back to the Gainesville community. Complimentary services that will be
provided during the month of February include manicures, pedicures and male
haircuts.
Services will be provided by students under the supervision of MTI’s dedicated team
of instructors. Services are offered by appointment on designated days from 9 am to
3 pm. Appointments can be made by calling the school directly at (352) 554-4900.
Schedule for complimentary services offered 9 am to 3 pm by appointment:

• Male Haircuts: February 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27
• Manicures: February 15, 16, 22 and 23
• Pedicures February 29

As part of the Black History Month celebration prizes will also be given out all
February. The MTI Gainesville location is currently enrolling includes Barber,
Cosmetology, Nail Specialty and Facial Specialty students.
McDougle Technical Institute helps students build career and college pathways
while pursuing their passion with diverse programs that combine theory and hands-
on practice to give them the skills and experience to have an opportunity to
succeed.

Founder of MTI.  MTI has a Beauty of Philanthropy Program that provides year
round services to local non-profits and members of the community who are in need.
