CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $5 charge at the time of your next service.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Minors under 18 years of age may not be left unsupervised.
